Vibrators

Vibrator warranty

We strive to provide the best products to our customers. If for any reason there is a problem with your vibrator purchase, we offer a one-month warranty period from order purchase date and will either replace the product or offer a partial refund for the purchase amount excluding shipping fees. After the 1-month warranty period, Eros.lk is not under any obligation to send you replacement items. Please keep in mind to retain your product receipt and packaging to make replacements faster!

Due to hygiene reasons, Eros.lk will not be facilitating the return of vibrators and will only replace items within the 1-month warranty period for items that are found faulty. Refunds and replacements are also not issued for change of mind or for products that were purchased on discount. The decision of providing either a refund or a replacement for vibrators is at the sole discretion of Eros.lk. Eros.lk also has the right to change these terms and conditions without prior notice. 

How to start a refund or replacement

Before you initiate a refund or replacement, please refer to the FAQs to see if the issue can be resolved.

If the issue still cannot be resolved, please proceed to complete the “Refund, Replacement, and Returns” form from the link provided here. You must upload a video demonstrating the product fault along with the purchase receipt to be eligible for the warranty refund or replacement.

The video must include footage of:

  • the vibrator being connected to the charger, and then disconnected, prior to being turned on (if the vibrator is a USB chargeable device)
  • batteries being inserted into the vibrator prior to being turned on (if the vibrator is battery-powered)
  • the power button being pressed down for 3-5 seconds for the device to turn on
  • any other visual faults if applicable 
Returns

Due to the nature of the products sold at Eros.lk, we strictly only provide returns for packages that arrive with damaged items or containing the wrong item. 

How to start a return

Please proceed to complete the “Refund, Replacement, and Returns” form provided in the link here. You must upload a video demonstrating the product fault along with the purchase receipt to be eligible to return the item. The item(s) must remain in its unopened, sealed packaging in order to qualify for a return. The item(s) must be returned within 7 days of the order being delivered. 

Accessories

Accessories warranty

All sales of Eros.lk accessories are final. Eros.lk is not liable to provide refunds, replacements, or returns for accessory products. Eros.lk also has the right to change these terms and conditions without prior notice.
